Setup Milly Section
To locate the Setup Milly section, please click on the AI Chatbot option in your Help Desk menu.
After clicking on the AI Chatbot option, the first section that comes up is Setup Milly.
The available Tone Settings options
The Tone Setting is advantageous because it allows you to customize your AI Chatbot's communication style to match your branding, ensuring a consistent style for all interactions with your customers.
To fine-tune the tone of your AI Chatbot, the following customizations are available. You can choose from 3 options for each Tone Setting category:
Formality level: Casual, Neutral, Formal
Empathy Level: Low, Medium, High
Technicality Level: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced
Response Length: Short, Medium, Long
Humor: None, Mild, High
Positivity Level: Low, Medium, High
Synch with "Reply with Milly" settings
If you wish to use the same Tone Setting for the "Reply with AI" feature, simply enable it with the toggle. This way, the same Tone settings will be applied to the "Reply with Milly" feature.
