Milly Transfer Settings
To locate the Transfer option within the AI chatbot section please click on the Settings option - gear icon in your Help Desk menu.
Enable the Task Creation option
To activate this feature and create tickets automatically every time a conversation is transferred to an agent, switch on the toggle.
Once you have enabled the the automatic Task Creation, you will have the option to choose which board and column the task should be added.
If you wish to disable this feature, simply switch off the toggle, and the automatic task creation option will be turned off.
