Milly Language Settings
To find the Language & Tone option within the AI chatbot section please click on the Settings - gear icon in your Help Desk menu.
Here you can find the Milly Language Settings, which allow you to customize the languages your AI Chatbot will use to respond to your customers' inquiries.
Available Options
You can select from two options when setting up this feature:
Automatic language detection: If you decide to choose this option your AI chatbot will answer in the customer's preferred language they have contacted you.
Restricting to specific languages: Here you can customize which languages your AI Chatbot can use when responding to your customers.
To expand the languages available for your chatbot to respond to your customers, click on the + Add Language button. A list of languages will be displayed, where you can add a specific language by clicking on it. Additionally in this list a checkmark is indicating the languages that are already on your list of available options.
Once a language is successfully added it will appear on the available options listed above:
Remove a selected language
If you want to delete a language from your the list your AI chatbot utilize the languages from with this option, just click on the delete icon right next to the language you wish to remove
Our system will ask for confirmation about the deletion. You can always add a previously removed language as well.
