Setup Milly Section
To locate the Setup Milly section, please click on the AI Chatbot option in your Help Desk menu.
After clicking on the AI Chatbot option, the first section that comes up is Setup Milly.
Let's see the Custom Chatbot Instructions
With the Custom Chatbot Instructions feature, you can give Milly specific instructions based on different scenarios, which helps her respond better.
To start, click on the +Add Instructions button.
The next step is to add a Title, When to use and When not to use, and lastly the exact Instructions.
After you have added the Title, When to use and When not to use, and your specific Instructions, click on Save.
Editing your Custom Chatbot Instructions
If you wish to edit an already existing Custom Chatbot Instruction, just click on the arrow icon on the right side of the title of your Custom Instruction.
Then click inside the field you would like to edit. Once you are done with the modification, it is important to hit Save so all your changes will be saved and applied from now on.
Deleting your Custom Chatbot Instructions
To delete a Custom Chatbot Instruction, click on the delete icon in the lower left corner of the Instruction.
The system will ask you to confirm the deletion. Kindly note that this action cannot be undone!
