Writing Messages

Once you start writing in your text box at the bottom of the middle section, you'll see the message that you will send to the recipient.

Formatting

You have several formatting options to customize your texts. For example, you can format the text in bold, italic, or underlined.

Links

You can add links to your messages with the link button in the editor. Here, you can paste the link:

  • in itself, so the URL is visible in the text
  • You can insert in onto a text, so you link words with the URL
  • Or you can create a button with a specific text that leads to the URL you set up. (The button can be a default one with a blue color or a gray button).

Lists

You can also add lists to your messages in the form of numbered lists and bullet points.

Aligning

You can select the aligning of your text. (Left, middle, right, or justify)

Multimedia Attachments

You can attach:

  • images,
  • files,
  • links,
  • and emojis

to your message as well.

Saved Replies

You can add canned responses, templates, commonly used messages to your text field by clicking on the Saved Replies button. To learn more about the Saved Replies, visit this page.

Reply with Milly

You have the option to use AI to compose your messages, either from your Library or by simply adding a note to it. To learn more about the Reply with Milly function, please click here

Notes

You can insert notes into the conversations, which will only be visible to you and your teammates. Simply

  1. select the Note option on the top of the text box,
  2. type in your note,
  3. and click on Send.

Sending the Message

Once the message is ready to be sent to the recipient, you have two options to choose from:

  • Send: The message will be sent to the recipient, and the conversation will remain in the Open section.
  • Send and Resolve: The message will be sent to the recipient, and the conversation will automatically be moved to the Resolved section.
