What is Reply with Milly?
The Reply with Milly function is an AI-powered help that will understand your customer's issues explained in their message, whether it is an email or chat message. It will find the necessary information needed to answer the message from the Library, or you can add notes to the answer, and it will craft a professional reply for you in seconds.
How to Use the Reply with Milly Function
The button for the Reply with Milly function is in the top right corner of the reply box in your conversation.
You can type in the answer you want included in your response, and Milly will rephrase it for you.
Once you type in your note, you can also activate the Library, from which Milly will find the relevant information needed to answer the customer's message. If you know the answer is in your Library, it is not necessary to write any note for Milly.
Once ready, click on the Write a Reply button.
Here, you can also adjust the tone of voice for each message you write with AI. Just click on Show, and you can set up the Formatily, Empathy, Technicality level, Response length, Humor, and Positiy level of your message.
Milly will then write you a professional response in just a couple of seconds, and show you what it created. You now have the option to:
- Cancel: if you change your mind and don't want to send the message,
- Edit: if you wish to rewrite or include something else in the message,
- Send and resolve: Send the message and move the conversation to the Resolved section.
- Send: Send the message and keep the conversation in the Open section.
Your note will then be inserted into the conversation, but only you can see that, and the message will be sent to your recipient.
