What are Saved Replies?
You can create canned responses, which are basic templates that can be used for most of your messages, or common answers that you need to send frequently. This will save you significant time and energy, as you only need to insert the texts and send them immediately.
How to Create Saved Replies
You can create Saved Replies by clicking on the Saved replies button above the text field in the middle of your Inbox.
You can create your reply by clicking on the Create new button.
To create the new Saved Reply, you have to give it a title and the content of the reply.
You can also format the reply however you wish using the rich-formatting options. You can also add images, files, links, videos, and emojis to your reply.
Once you are ready, click on the Save button.
Using Saved Replies
The usage of Saved replies is really easy. All you have to do is click on the Saved replies button on the top of the text box in the middle of your Inbox, and find the relevant Saved Reply you wish to insert. Select it from the list and click on Insert.
Edit Saved Replies
You can also edit any existing Saved reply you have by clicking on the Edit button after you select the desired reply.
