The Lead Finder tool, allows you to define your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and generate fresh, verified leads from scratch. Using AI-powered search and smart filtering, it identifies companies and key decision-makers that match your exact criteria.
When to Use
Lead Finder is ideal if you want to:
Find new leads without an existing list
Target companies and contacts that fit your ICP
Build a high-quality outreach list from verified sources
How It Works
Start Your Search
Click the “Start” button under Lead Finder.
Define your targeting criteria, including location, industry, company type, and decision-maker roles.
Generate Queries
Target Location: Select country, state, city, or suburb (for example, USA, New York).
Product Description: Briefly describe your offer to guide the matching process. In this example, we'll use Cold Email Outreach Service as our product.
Ideal Company Profile: List the characteristics of companies that are a good match and those that are not. We use Marketing Agency, but you can determine a more detailed company profile as well.
Ideal Contact Profile: Specify your primary target role (for example, Head of Growth), secondary role (for example, Marketing Manager), and bad match roles (for example, Intern).
Lead Volume per Company: Set the maximum number of leads to retrieve for each company (for example, 2).
Click the Next button.

Generated queries
On the next page, you’ll see categories and locations. Based on your location and ideal company, we found this many categories and locations.
If you select all of them, we will check every advertising, branding, and marketing agency in all districts of New York, which results in an estimated cost of 810. This includes 3 categories (keywords) and 27 locations.
If you only want to search for advertising agencies in the Financial District and Tribeca, simply uncheck the categories and locations you don’t need, and the estimated cost will update accordingly.
After you found your ideal search matrix, click the Next button.
Run Your Search
Next: Continue to the verification step. If you skip this step, the process will run using MillionVerifier for verification as default. Enrichment step will be skipped.
Run: Start generating leads immediately.
Delete: Remove the current setup if you want to start over.
Deep Email Verification
If you choose to do the verification step:
The system uses providers such as MillionVerifier, ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, and optional BounceBan.
MillionVerifier is our default email verification tool. For greater accuracy, you may use as many integrations from the list as you like. Please note: Additional charges may apply, depending on your integrated service providers (meaning, Lead To Deal credit usage is separate from ZeroBounce, NeverBounce or BounceBan, these integrated services have their own pricing systems)
Email addresses are scored with categories like “ok”, “catch-all" or "invalid".
Lead Enrichment (Optional)
If you choose to do the enrichment step:
Add up to 48 additional fields, including full name, job role, and data source.
Please note: This step only works with Apollo integration.
This extra information helps with personalization and segmentation in outreach campaigns.
