The Lead Finder's Generate Queries feature helps you turn your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and location targeting into a practical search matrix. This tool allows you to discover businesses that match your product or service and reach decision makers more effectively. By understanding how to set up your targeting, define your ICP, and use the search matrix, you can save credits and increase lead quality.
Step 1: Set Your Target Location
This is where you define where your leads should be located.
Country*: Choose the main country you want to target.
State: Narrow your search by specifying a region or state if relevant.
City*: Select the city you want to target.
Suburb: If you want hyper-local targeting, include suburbs or smaller districts.
For example, targeting Budapest would involve selecting Hungary as the country and then adding Budapest as the city. You can also target specific districts inside Budapest if that is relevant to your ICP.
Step 2: Define the Product or Service You Sell
Here you describe what you offer so the system can generate relevant keywords.
Product Description*: Write a short and clear summary of your offering.
Example: “B2B SaaS for automating marketing campaigns”.
Step 3: Create Your Ideal Company Profile
This step tells the system what kind of businesses fit your ICP.
Good Match*: Describe industries, company size, tech use, or business model that would be a great fit. Example: “Mid-size e-commerce businesses generating 1M to 10M annually with international sales”.
Bad Match*: Define qualities that make a lead irrelevant. Example: “Companies with only one or two employees, no online presence, or offline-only retail”.
Step 4: Define Your Ideal Contact Profile
This step focuses on the people inside the company you want to reach.
Primary Match*: Your top-choice job title or role. Example: “Head of Growth” or “Chief Marketing Officer”.
Secondary Match: Additional relevant titles. Example: “Marketing Manager” or “Sales Director”.
Bad Match: Roles you do not want to target. Example: “Intern” or “Student”.
Step 5: Set How Many Leads to Collect Per Company
Here you set a maximum number of leads per company to avoid irrelevant excess. For example, setting this to 5 will limit the system to five matching contacts per company.
Step 6: Use the Search Matrix
Once you enter your details, SAAS First will generate a matrix of search keywords and locations. You can select which keyword-location pairs you want to search.
Search Keywords
These come from your product description and related terms. They should directly match your ICP. Example:
CRM software
Real estate CRM
Property management software
Locations
These are the specific areas you want to target. In Budapest, for example, you can select District I through District XXIII individually. This lets you focus on the most relevant business hubs.
How the Matrix Works
If you pick 3 keywords and 5 districts, the system will create 15 keyword-location combinations such as:
CRM software in District V, Budapest
CRM software in District VI, Budapest
Real estate CRM in District XIII, Budapest
Credits
The total estimated credits are calculated based on the number of keyword-location combinations you select. The more you choose, the more credits you will use.
Step 7: Selecting the Right Keywords and Locations
Start by choosing the most relevant keywords that match your ICP closely. Avoid very general terms that could return low-quality results. For locations, focus on areas where your target companies are most likely to operate. In Budapest, districts like V, VI, and XIII are known for hosting many business headquarters and offices.
If you are unsure of lead quality, start with a smaller selection of combinations and test the results. Once you confirm that the quality is high, you can expand to more districts and keywords.
