Learn how to set up the Notification in your SAAs First workspace

How to configure your Notifications settings


If If you would like to view the notifications in your workspace, click on the bell icon on the left menu, and then choose the All notification option. 




Here you will find your Notification Settings, where you can customize when and how you receive alerts for important updates.



Inbox


In this section of your notification settings, you can configure the notifications related to your Inbox based on the actions performed:


  1. New message arrived

  2. Conversation assigned to you and your team

  3. Custom action performed

  4. Status change on a Task connected to your and your team's conversation

  5. A comment was added to a Task connected to your and your team's conversation



For all these five types, you can set one of the following frequencies for when you wish to receive updates for each:


  • Firstly you can choose not to receive notifications about an actions preformed by choosing No.

  • Immediately

  • Hourly

  • Daily




Boards


Here you can set your notification preferences related to your Boards.


First, select the specific Board for which you wish to configure notifications.




Right after you select the Board, you can set the notifications based on the actions related to the chosen Board:


  • A Task got created

  • Task assigned to you

  • Status change on any or your own Task

  • A comment has been added on your or any Task


You can chose the frequencies for when you would like to be notified about updates for each:


  • No if you do not want to be alerted by a specific action.

  • Immediately

  • Hourly

  • Daily




Single Subscriptions


To create a Single Subscription and receive notifications about a Task, Contact Person, or Business, you need to go to the page of the specific Task, Customer, or Business and subscribe to it by clicking on the ring icon. From there, you can add yourself and any of your team members who should be alerted whenever an action is performed in relation to specific entities.



After you successfully add the relevant members and click “Save”, they will start receiving alerts about updates related to the given entity.




Create a Custom Notification



With the Custom Notification creation option, you can monitor the events you want to track and receive updates based on your preferences and chosen schedule.



To add a new Custom Notification click on the "Add new" button



The next step is to choose the event type you would like to monitor and receive alerts about. If you would like to learn more about Events Types please visit this page.



You can specify your Custom Notification even further by choosing from the following filters: Contacts, Businesses, Contact–Businesses, and Events.



After you have added your filters and chosen the notification frequency, click on Save to store all your progress. You also have the option to clear all filters, and by clicking on the delete icon, you can remove this Custom Notification.
