All Notifications Overview
If If you would like to view the notifications in your workspace, click on the bell icon on the left menu, and then choose the All notification option.
Here you can find all your notifications under the All Notifications section, organized by the following types:
All: This option allows you to view all type of your notification together.
Inbox: With this type, you will only see notifications related to your Inbox, such as when a new message arrives from one of your customers or when a team member moves a Task created from a conversation to another column.
Boards: Selecting this option will show you notifications related to the actions performed on your Boards, such as when a Task is created or moved.
Single: If you choose to view this type of notification, you will only see updates from a specific Task, Contact Person, or Business you have subscribed to. For more information on how to set up a Single Subscription, please visit:
Custom: Choosing this option will allow you to receive notifications about updates related to the exact events you would like to track, on your preferred schedule. To learn more about setting up a Custom notification, visit this page:
You also have the option to filter the notifications you’ve received by the time they were delivered:
All time
Today
Yesterday
This week
Last week
