What Can You See on Your Board? 

Your Board is a comprehensive view of the To Dos (tasks) you create for yourself and for your team members when you are working on, for example, a project. ordered into different columns, categories, and lots of useful information. 

When you look at your Board, you can see the following details: 

  1. The name of your board: This is the name of the project, team, or any other concept based on which you give a name to your Board. If you have several Boards, this is where you can switch between them. If you click on the name, a dropdown will appear will all your Boards, and you can select which one you want to be displayed.  
  2. The columns of your Board: The columns are a way of categorizing your To Dos based on which status your tasks are in. You can see the name of your columns and the number of To Dos that are within the specific columns. You can completely customize your columns in naming and colour, and you can add as many columns to your Board as you like. 
  3. If you click on this number, the Story points will appear, giving you the sum of Story points of all To Dos within the columns. 
  4. The ToDos: Your tasks will be displayed in each column with their names, labels, deadlines, comments, attachments, and the assignees (if added to the To Do), so you have a comprehensive view of each of your To Dos instantly. 
  5. Filters: You can easily search for specific To Dos within your Board with the advanced filtering option. You can basically search for anything that your To Dos contain. 
  6. Filter by label: You can search for To Dos based on the labels you've added to them to easily access them based on your given categories. 
  7. Filter by member: You can search for To Dos based on the members who are responsible for them in any way. If you assigned a To Do to someone, the filtering by member will display that specific To Do. Only members who have access to this Board will appear in this list. 
  8. Search bar: You can search for specific To Dos based on their name or description. Once you enter the text, thee To Dos that contain that specific phrase will be displayed on your Board. 
  9. Create To Do button: You can start creating a To Do right from the beginning with this button. The To Do will be created in the default column within your Board in this case. 
  10. Settings: You can access the Settings with this button in the top right corner of your Board. Here, you can customize your Board, set up your columns as you like, and adjust who has access to it from your team members.
