Teams
The Workspace settings can be accessed if you click on the Workspace menu point on the left panel. Here you will find the option for the Teams settings.
In the Teams section, you can view all existing teams. These teams are visible in the inbox and are incredibly useful, as they allow you to assign incoming messages to specific teams, such as the Customer Support team.

By selecting the desired team, you can easily assign the conversation to the appropriate team.
How can you create a Team?
You can access the Teams section by clicking on the Workspace menu in the left panel. From there, you’ll find the option to manage the Teams settings.
Once you are in the Teams menu, click on + Add worspace teams
In the pop up window you can:
Set the Team's name
Give a description for the Team if you wish
Change the Team's color
Choose the Team members
4. If you are happy with the settings, then click Save
