Assign Conversations
Assigning the conversations to specific team members is really easy. All you have to do is click on the top of the Inbox where the conversation is open, and select the person to whom you want to assign the conversation.
If you want to assign the conversation to yourself, you can click on the Assign to me button in the top right corner.
Once the conversation is assigned to the specific person, their profile picture or initials will appear at the top of the conversation, indicating that they need to reply to the message. On the right, the conversation will be listed for them in the Assigned to me section.
