SAAS First offers 2 different plans:

You can use our SAAS First's Inbox, including a free chat on your website, Knowledge Base, and many other functions for free.
If you want to upgrade to a bigger plan for your subscription, we suggest starting with the Growth plan, as it also satisfies most of the customers' needs.
How to start your subscription
All features will be immediately available when you upgrade to a larger plan.
- Enter your billing details here: https://app.saasfirst.com/subscription/edit_billing.
- Choose the plan that best fits your needs here, and click on "Upgrade": https://app.saasfirst.com/subscription/packages.
- You can find all existing invoices here: https://app.saasfirst.com/subscription/invoices.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the subscription page. However, please note that existing payments are non-refundable. During the cancellation process, you will be asked to provide a reason for your decision.
If you have multiple workspaces, please make sure to double-check and cancel the subscription for the specific workspace you intend to discontinue.
Once your paid plan is canceled, your workspace will be downgraded to the Core Plan.
