Core Plan
The Core Plan is ideal for getting to know our software. Our free plan includes all Helpdesk features, including the omnichannel inbox, Knowledge Base, live chat, AI chatbot, integrations, and CRM.
Growth Plan
The Growth Plan costs only $29 a month and is a great plan to get the most out of SAAS First at the lowest cost. It gives you access to features like the Marketing Module for chat, popup and email marketing campaigns, and the Boards module, for creating To Dos.
What is available in the Growth plan?
- The plan includes
- unlimited members,
- unlimited customers,
- and 100 AI solutions per month.
- $0.49 for each AI solution, such as resolved conversations by AI.

What are the limitations of the Growth plan?
- You cannot access the Dashboards and IQ (Intelligent Queries), with the AI-data analytics feature.
- If you want to use the Marketing module to send email marketing campaigns, you need to request access to the email-sending by filling out a webform.
