If you already have a lead or email list, the Clean & Enrich module in Lead to Deal allows you to verify its validity, enrich it with valuable data, and prepare it for outreach. This ensures you work with accurate, high-quality leads that can improve your campaign performance.
When to Use
The Clean & Enrich tool is ideal if you already have an existing list and want to:
Remove invalid or duplicate entries
Verify email addresses with trusted providers
Enrich leads with additional business data
How It Works
First, choose the Clean & Enrich option on the main menu by clicking on the Start button.
Upload Your List
Follow the upload wizard to import your CSV file with your email addresses. You can click on the Select file button or drag and drop your file.
Duplicate entries are automatically filtered out.
After the file upload, your email addresses are automatically detected and the required credit amount is shown.
Run Your Search
Next: Continue to the verification step. If you skip this step, the process will run using MillionVerifier for verification as default. Enrichment step will be skipped.
Run: Start the email list verification immediately.
Delete: Remove the current setup if you want to start over.
Deep Email Verification
The system uses providers such as MillionVerifier, ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, and optional BounceBan.
MillionVerifier is our default email verification tool. For greater accuracy, you may use as many integrations from the list as you like. Please note: Additional charges may apply, depending on your integrated service providers (meaning, Lead To Deal credit usage is separate from ZeroBounce, NeverBounce or BounceBan, these integrated services have their own pricing systems)
Email addresses are scored with categories like “ok”, “catch-all" or "invalid".
We charge 0.1 credit per email.
Lead Enrichment
Add up to 48 additional fields, including full name, job role, and data source.
Please note: This step only works with Apollo integration.
This extra information helps with personalization and segmentation in outreach campaigns.
You can select every data point with the Select All button, or data point by data point in their individual category.
Export Your Results
You have two ways to set up how you want to export your results:
Download the cleaned and enriched file as a CSV as default.
If you have an Instantly account, you may export the file directly into Instantly. First, you have to connect your Instantly account with your API key. After this, you have to choose which campaign should we push the verified email addresses (we only push the "ok" emails, so no catch-all and invalid emails will be importad into your campaign).
Lastly, don't forget to click on the "Run" button to run your task.
