Welcome to Your Guide on Mastering the Inbox Module

Whether you're adding team members, customizing your chat, or utilizing advanced features like AI-powered replies, this guide covers all essential steps to ensure you and your team can efficiently manage communications.


Working as a Team in Your Inbox

Invite a Team Member and Assign Conversations


Add Team Members to Your Workspace:

  • Navigate to your Workspace settings.
  • Click on "+Add workspace member".
  • Enter the email address of the new member and send the invite.
  • Set up permissions to control access to different modules.



Assign Conversations:

  • Within your Inbox, assign existing conversations to specific team members.
  • Use the assignment feature at the top of the conversation to find the right person to respond.



Installing and Customizing Chat

Install the Chat on Your Website



Setup Instructions:

  • Go to your settings and find the Installation Guide.
  • Copy and paste the provided code snippet before the closing </body> tag on every page of your website.
  • Verify the installation by checking the live chat functionality on your site.





Customize Your Chat:

  • Add custom messages to greet customers.

  • Include a search bar for your Knowledge Base and frequently visited articles.

  • Set up recommended articles based on customer page visits.

  • Customize colors, logos, and texts to match your brand’s identity.



Managing Emails

Set Up Incoming Emails

  1. Email Forwarding Setup:
    • Enter the email address designated for forwarding and receive a verification code.
    • Verify your email address by entering the received code.
    • For more details, refer to the Knowledge Base article on setting up incoming emails.


Utilizing Advanced Inbox Features

Notes and Saved Replies


Insert a Note:

  • Switch the messaging box mode from Reply to Note.
  • Enter your note and click send. The note will appear in the conversation for your reference.




Create and Use Saved Replies:

  • Click on "+Create new" to make your first Saved Reply.
  • Insert the saved reply into the message field anytime by clicking the Saved Replies button.


Reply with AI (Milly)

  1. Reply with Milly:
    • Enter the main points of your reply or enable the Library for Milly to fetch answers.
    • Click on "Write a Reply" and choose to Edit, Cancel, Send, or Send and Resolve the conversation.
    • Send professional and effective messages within 10 seconds using AI.
