Install the Chat for Data Tracking

Create a To Do from the Inbox
Efficiently manage tasks by creating To Do items directly from your Inbox:
Identify the Conversation:
- Find the conversation related to the task.
Create a To Do:
- Click the
+New To Do
button in the top right corner of the conversation.
- Click the
Add Details:
- AI will summarize the issue in the description. Add more information such as labels, deadlines, conversations, contacts, text fields, and checklists.
Set Up Custom Actions
Manage customer accounts and streamline processes with Custom Actions:
Add New Action:
- Click the
