How to train Milly?
To locate the Train Milly section, please click on the AI Chatbot option in your Help Desk menu.
Here you can find the following folders: Ask Anything, Unanswered, and Answers to Improve.
In the Ask Anything section, you may test the current knowledge of your AI chatbot, and also edit the Relevant Snippets - Knowledge Base articles she gathered the information from.
You can find all the messages that the AI chatbot could not answer in the Unanswered section.
The Answers to Improve folder contains all the questions marked as "needs to be improved."
If you think the AI chatbot gave an answer that needs improvement, just click on the thumbs-down icon next to the message. This is the "Send to Train Milly" icon, which is located within the conversations in your Inbox.
By clicking the thumbs-down icon, the question-and-answer pair will be sent to the Answers to Improve section within the Train Milly page.
To start training your AI chatbot, please select the "Answers to Improve" folder. Here, you can view all the answers from Milly that you flagged for improvement.
To begin, click on the answer you wish to improve to ask it of Milly again. After she has answered, you can select from the following options:
Approve: You consider the answer to be correct and the AI chatbot now knows the answer to this question.
Try again: The question will be asked again, and the AI chatbot will attempt to find the answer once more. Before taking this step, we recommend editing the relevant snippet to include the information needed. By clicking "Edit," you can modify or rewrite the help article. After editing, we automatically ask the question again to see Milly's updated answer.
Cancel: If you are not satisfied with the answer, the question will remain in the Unanswered section list.
