AI chatbot Settings


To find your the Setting menu of your AI chatbot please click on the gear icon in your Help Desk menu, then select the AI chatbot option.



After clicking on the AI Chatbot option, the first section that comes up is the General Behavior.

Here you can activate and de-activate your Milly. Please note that the AI chatbot is automatically activated by default.




Where can Milly learn from?


Milly can only answer customers' questions based on your knowledge base, so the recommended way of training Milly is by creating a detailed help articles the AI chatbot can learn from. The more information you provide for Milly, the better she performs.

You can create as many articles as you like, there is no limit. However, the most effective way is to create approximately 10-50 articles in your Knowledge Base to ensure Milly provides the most accurate answers based on the available information. It is important to write at least 10 detailed articles in your Knowledge Base. Without this, you will not be able to correctly put the AI chatbot into action in your live chat.


To give access to the completed help article you wish your AI Chatbot to know the answers from, please activate the "Add to Milly" toggle on the lower left side of your article in your Knowledge Base.




Testing the AI chatbot


After you have successfully created the Knowledge Base articles and enabled access so the AI chatbot can learn from them, testing Milly's answers with specific questions is extremely important. You can do this in the "Ask Anything" section by clicking on the AI Chatbot option in your Help Desk menu.



1. Enter a common customer question.

2. Milly will answer your question.

3. If you are satisfied with Milly's answer, you can move on to the next question.
