Email Finder – Step by Step Guide
The Email Finder tool lets you search corporate business email addresses by LinkedIn profile, name and company domain. It's designed for users who already know their ideal leads but do not have verified email addresses yet.
Step 1: Upload Your File
Supported formats: .txt, .csv, .xlsx
Add files with names and domains or LinkedIn profile URLs
Column mapping: Manually or auto-detect fields e.g. Full Name and Domain
Use First Row as Header: Toggle this to map fields automatically.
Step 2: Deep Email Verification
Email statuses are verified using MillionVerifier. Alternatively, you can integrate other verification services, such as ZeroBounce, NeverBounce or BounceBan.
Each email receives a quality rating (e.g., good, risky) and result label (e.g., ok, unknown).
Duplicate entries are removed.
Step 3: Enrichment (you can skip this step)
Optionally add more details to leads such as:
Company information
Connection (URLs, phone numbers)
Operational (Industries, SEO, keywords)
Location
Revenue and Founding
Personal Information
Social Media
Job position
etc.

Step 4: Export - Choose how you want your file exported
Export your cleaned list as a CSV file.
This step can be automated with CRM systems and outreach platforms integrations (e.g. Instantly, as shown below).
After this initial setup, click on the "Run" button, and wait for the result. Depending on the size of your file, this can take up to a several minutes.
If you wish to discard your file and quit the process, you may use the "Delete" button.
Step 5: Download
After the process finished running, you may download your file from the main Lead to Deal screen where you can view all your lead lists.
You're done! All that's left now is to take advantage of your newly generated list of verified leads!
