What Can You Set Up in Your Tickets Settings?


To set up your outgoing email template, go to your Inbox Module, click on Settings on the left menu, and choose the Create a To Do Settings option. 


Here, you can set up whether you want specific fields to be automatically filled out for you when you create a ticket from your Inbox. You can activate that with the toggle next to "Enforce default board and column settings for all tickets". 

If you activate that, you'll have to set up:

  1. The board you want the ticket to be created to 
  2. The column you want to put the ticket that is created to
  3. Whether you want to create a description for the ticket with AI. This function enables AI to understand the whole conversation and summarize the issue that is being discussed there. 
  4. If you want AI to summarize a description for you, you must choose the language you want AI to write in. This can be American English, British English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (European), or Spanish. 
  5. And you can select the quality type you wish your description to be written. If you select the simple one, it is free. Selecting the advanced one costs one AI solution, which costs $0.49 for each ticket. 


Once you are ready with the setup, click on Save.
