Where to Find the Outgoing Emails Setup
To set up the outgoing emails, go to your Inbox and click on the Settings icon on the lower left side of the platform. Here, select the Incoming & Outgoing Emails option within the Chat & Inbox section. In this area, you may configure your incoming and outgoing setup.

Please note that the outgoing email setup will only work if the outgoing email you want to add is also added as an incoming emails at the top of the page. This is mandatory for all outgoing emails. If you need further information on how you can set up incoming emails, please visit this article.
How to Set Up Outgoing Emails
If you have set up the email as an incoming email, you can now start adding it as an outgoing one as well.
You have to set up an SPF record for that specific email address you want to add. This basically means that you authorize saasfirst.com to send emails in the name of your email address.
You'll have to enter a TXT record (v=spf1 a mx include:saasfirst.com -all) where you manage the setting of the DNS records of your domain. This is how you will set up the SPF record. Please note that every interface is different, so you might need to search for the place where you can enter the record within your DNS management platform.
Once the setup is done, you can enter the email address in SAAS First, give it a name, and select a workspace member to which the email address is connected. This last step is optional.
If the setup was successful, the email address will turn green on your screen. Please note that we automatically check every hour whether the SPF record is set up correctly for each email address.
If you wish to delete one of the outgoing email addresses you've set up, you can do that by clicking on the delete button next to it on the right.
