What You See When You Receive a New Message in Your Inbox
When you have a new message in your Inbox, we clearly display for you in two ways:
There will be a blue dot at the bottom right corner of the conversation in your conversation list when there's an unread, new message.
The conversation with the new message will be displayed in bold.
The conversations in the list are in chronological order, so new messages will appear at the top of the list.
The blue dot and the bold display will remain in the list for the conversation as long as you open the new, unread message.
Please note that this new message display is account-specific, meaning that if someone else from your team who has access to the workspace and to the inbox opened the conversation already, it will still be displayed unread for you.
At the moment, there is no option to set up email notifications when a customer messages you.
