What You See When You Receive a New Message in Your Inbox
When you have a new message in your Inbox, we clearly display for you in two ways:
- There will be a blue dot at the bottom right corner of the conversation in your conversation list when there's an unread, new message.
- The conversation with the new message will be displayed in bold.
- The conversations in the list are in chronological order, so new messages will appear at the top of the list.
- The blue dot and the bold display will remain in the list for the conversation as long as you open the new, unread message.
- Please note that this new message display is account-specific, meaning that if someone else from your team who has access to the workspace and to the inbox opened the conversation already, it will still be displayed unread for you.
