How to find the Chat Language Settings option


If you would like to customize your chat language, go to your Inbox, find the Settings button on the left menu, and then choose the Chat localization option. 



Here you can find your Chat Language Settings, where you can configure the text and their language for your Chat.



Message Open


To begin configuring a particular chat preview, head to the Select Chat View section. There, you can choose the preview you’d like to customize. Click on Message Open to proceed with editing this part of the chat.



In the Message Open customization option, you can set the texts your customers will see when they are writing a message to contact you. Here you name 3 text field:


  1. The Back Button Text for the header of your Chat



  1. The AI's First Message: You can customize the message your AI chatbot will write to your customer firstly in a conversation.



  1. Message Text Box texts: You can add the what the text of the Placeholder and Button should say in your Message Text Box.
