How to find the Chat Language Settings option
If you would like to customize your chat language, go to your Inbox, find the Settings button on the left menu, and then choose the Chat localization option.
Here you can find your Chat Language Settings, where you can configure the text and their language for your Chat.
Enter Contact Information
To configure a specific type of chat preview, navigate to the Select Chat View option. From there, choose the preview you wish to edit. To start customizing this section, click on “Enter Contact Information.”
Here you can customize the name of the fields regarding the Contact Information request is displayed in your Chat: The Title of the Contact Information Header.
Right after you have the option to set the names of the Contact Fields information: Email, First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Company Domain, and also the Error message which will be displayed if a required information to proceed is missing.
