How to find the Chat Language Settings option
If you would like to customize your chat language, go to your Inbox, find the Settings button on the left menu, and then choose the Chat localization option.
Here you can find your Chat Language Settings, where you can configure the text and their language for your Chat.
Article Open
To customize a specific chat preview layout, open the Select Chat View panel where all available preview types are listed. Locate and select the preview labeled Article Open to begin editing this section.
In the Article Open section you can select what the Back Button Text should say in header of your Chat.
Also you have the option to customize text field of the Rating, such as what the Question should be and the name of the Button.
