What can you see on the contact page?
On the contact page, you will first see the details of your contact:
- name,
- social media profile URLs (if they are added),
- email address,
- phone number,
- and their business.
On the right, you have the option to
- unsubscribe or resubscribe your customer from your mailing list,
- block the customer,
- delete the contact,
- or send a message to them,
Details and Conversations
If you want to see the conversation of the contact, select the Conversation option at the top.
Custom Actions
At the Details page, you can see the Custom Actions you can carry out with the contact, and adjust the actions by clicking on the Edit Actions on the right.
Contact Details
Next, you have the Contact Details. If you click on Show more, you'll see all the data related to the contact.
Related Business and Related Contacts
Under the details, you can see any related business to the contact. If you want, you can add the business to your contact by clicking on Add business.
You can also see the related contacts to the person on the viewed page.
Related Events
On the right, you'll see every event related to that specific contact, i.e., any actions or important events carried out by the customer.
If you click on a specific event, you can check its details, edit the event type, and copy the JSON.
Conversations
Next to Details at the top, you can choose to view the conversations related to the specific contact.
Here, you can see all messages sent and received from the customer. You can filter if you want to check only the following:
- Inbox
- System
- And Marketing messages as well.
On the right, you can always continue a conversation by writing in the text box and sending the message.
