Lost Stage

The Won Deal is an End of life column, meaning that it is the end stage the lead can go to. You can read more about the End of Life column here. 

In the Demo Booked stage, you must add the following information to the lead:

• Reason for loss (Free entry from your own words)
• Account cancellation request (You can choose from the following options: Yes, No)
