What is SAAS First's Analytics Module?
The Analytics is a module that will help you track and analyize your visitor and customer data in real-time, without the need for any knowledge on how to write SQL queries. The analytics work with the help of AI, which means that you only need to ask questions about customers and your data, and AI will handle the rest.
The Analytics Module consists of 3 different parts:
Dashboards
Charts
Queries
It is important to note that in order to use the Analytics module, you'll need to track data. To be able to do that, you must install the live chat to your website, as this is the source of all visitor/customer data coming in to SAAS First, from which you'll be able to create the queries. Queries
In the Queries section, you'll carry out your analytics. This is where you will ask the questions about your customers, and based on the tracked data and the query AI will generate for you, you'll be provided with a comprehensive chart or table, and an explanation of the report.
This is also where you can save your chart or table, and also add it to your dashboard.
Charts
This is where all your saved charts are stored that you created in the Queries section. From here, you can edit the query, delete the saved chart, or add it to your dashboard.
Dashboards
Here, you can create a comprehensive platform where you collect all your relevant saved charts in one single place, so you have all the tracked data at your fingertips at all times. You can add selected charts and tables to it, and refresh the data to see real-time results any time you want.
