How to update the description of a ticket
If you would like to make changes to the description of a ticket, as you would need to provide more information, would like to correct a mistake, or if you haven't added any description at all you can do that in the description box of the ticket editor.
To update the ticket description follow these steps:
- Open the ticket you would like to edit
- Click the ticket description to open the editor
- In the editor, you can
- Make simple text edits like applying bold italics or Underlining
- Add numbered or bullet point lists
- Change Font size
- Attach:
- Images
- Files
- Links
- Videos
- Use emojis
- Once you are done, click Save in the bottom right corner of the editor to save your changes.
