Sharing a Board

How to share a board with multiple workspacecs

If you run a larger business or have multiple business entities that you run otherwise separately but there is a project relevant to more than one of these, you can share a board with more than one workspaces in a situation like this.

To share a board with a workspace other than the one it was originally set up on, follow these steps:

1. Go to the board you would like to share.
2. Click the cogwheel ⚙️ on the upper right corner to open the Board settings.
3. Click the ellipsis in the upper right corner, then click Share
   

4. In the pop-up click +Add Workspace

5. Select the workplace you would like to share the board with

6. Click share board
