How to add a custom labels to a ticket


With labels you can identify which project, task, or process a ticket is related to, so you can keep track of the relevant tickets at a glance since the labels will appear on the ticket in board view as well. 


To add a label to a ticket follow these steps:


  1. Open the ticket you would like to edit
  2. Under Custom Fields click + Add new field
  3. Click Labels
  4. Click Add Label
  5. In the Textbox, type in the name of your label, and hit enter
  6. If you are done editing you can close the ticket to save changes.
