Welcome to Tickets


Tickets is our Project management tool to help you and your team monitor your ongoing and upcoming projects. Collaborate, comment, and track each task easily, and have an overview at a glance to keep a tab on your ongoing processes.


Accessing Tickets

You can access Tickets in the Module Menu on the right.



The primary board of your workspace is set up automatically so you can start adding tickets immediately. 


Creating tickets


Creating tickets is very easy. Go to your board and click + New ticket under the board where you want it to be created, give it a name, and hit enter. The ticket will appear on your board afterward and is ready to be edited. 



Editing tickets


To open a Ticket click on it and the editor will open.



As the next step under Description, write the task outline to inform your team.  



Once you are done, hit Save at the bottom left corner of the editor.


To Assign the ticket to a team member click the head under members.



Once you click that, a popup will open where you can search for a specific team member in the search bar or select it from the list. Tick the box next to their picture to assign the ticket to the person.



Once that is done, click X on the top right corner to close the ticket and save changes.



And now you have your first ticket!
