How to set a deadline for a ticket


You can add a deadline to a ticket to inform the relevant team members when a project or task is due. The deadline will also appear on the tickets in the board view, and the color of the deadline bubble will change from green to yellow to red as the deadline gets closer. 


To add a deadline to a ticket follow these steps:


  1. Open the ticket you would like to edit
  2. Under Custom Fields click + Add new field
  3. Click Deadline
  4. Select the desired deadline from the calendar
  5. If you are done editing you can close the ticket to save changes.
