How to assign a ticket to a Team Member


If a task falls under the field of a specified Team member, or after discussion the team decides that someone should execute this specific task, you can let them know by assigning the ticket to them. 


  1. Open the ticket you would like to delete
  2. Click on the person under Members
  3. A popup will open where you can search for a specific team member in the search bar or select it from the list.
  4. Tick the box next to their picture to assign the ticket to the person.
  5. Close the ticket to save Changes
