How to assign a ticket to a Team Member

How to assign a ticket to a Team Member
If a task falls under the field of a specified Team member, or after discussion the team decides that someone should execute this specific task, you can let them know by assigning the ticket to them.
- Open the ticket you would like to delete
- Click on the person under Members
- A popup will open where you can search for a specific team member in the search bar or select it from the list.
- Tick the box next to their picture to assign the ticket to the person.
- Close the ticket to save Changes
