How to move a ticket between columns.


If the status of a ticket changes from to do so in process for example, or if you would like to move to a board related to a specific project you can set that in ticket settings. 


To update the column in ticket settings follow these steps:


  1. Open the ticket you would like to edit
  2. Click the current column under columns
  3. A popup will open with all the columns currently on your board.
  4. Select the column you would like to move the ticket to, and the ticket will be moved instantly.
  5. No need to hit enter or click save, the new name is now saved automatically, and you can go on with editing other details of closing the ticket
