How to change which team members can access a board


If you have a larger team and visibility for multiple boards is not necessary for each team, or if you want to share a board with only specific team members, you can grant or remove access to each board individually. 


To manage who among your team members gets to access a board follow these steps:

  1. Go to the board you would like to edit.
  2. Click the cogwheel ⚙️ on the upper right corner to open the Board settings.
  3. Under the Board name you can find the members section, click on the icon to open the access right options.
    • To grant access tick the box next to a specific team member
    • To remove access untick the box next to the team member
    • You can use the search bar to find the right member if you have a larger team.
  4. Once you are happy with the new access rights, click Save Changes to finalize it.
