How to add a new board to Tickets


If you have two or more larger projects you would like to manage separately, or if you need a board for each division of your company, such as a board for the marketing team, a board for the developer team, and another board for the sales team, you can create a separate board so each team/project has its own dedicated space where team members can collaborate with teachers.


To set up a new board, follow these steps:


  1. To create a New Board, click on the plus button in the upper right corner.

  2. In the popup, you can give a name to your board
  3. For access rights, you have two options:
  4. You can grant access rights to all members by thinking the box next to 'All members'
  5. You hand-pick team members by selecting them in the drop down.
  6. Once you have picked a name for your board and set the access rights, hit save, and you will be all set.
