SAAS First Subscription and Pricing Overview


No tricky pricing, no secret charges. We believe in full transparency. Predictable prices, established usage limits and absolute control over your spending. What you pay for is exactly what you can use. Here is how it works:

1. SAAS First MAX Subscription Plan

Price: 9 USD / member / month

Credits Included: 100 SAAS Credits each member per month (value of 9 USD)

*Note: Each member added to the workspace brings 100 extra credits to the account!

2. Credit System: How it works

  • 1 Credit = 1 Chatbot conversation


What counts as a conversation? 

A conversation is considered a series of exchanged messages that continues until it's manually closed or if there's a period of inactivity. Even if you have 4-5 exchanges over several hours, it's still seen as one continuous conversation. This means every reply is not counted as a conversation! It is a thread of multiple messages that are back and forth between you and the customer across 24 hours.


  • Here’s the breakdown: A full conversation, as long as it is within a 24-hour window, uses only 1 credit

  • The session is only considered complete if the user closes the window and terminates the conversation, or stays inactive for more than 24 hours

  • Provided that the talk was resumed within 24 hours, there is no additional credit charged


Additionally:

  • The workspace is automatically reloaded with credits every month when the subscription renews

  • The amount of conversations that your chatbot can respond to in a month depends on the number of available credits that you have in total within the workspace

  • Credits belong to the workspace as a whole, not to individual users




3. No Overcharges, ever

We offer two payment models:


Pay-as-you-go:

  • No risk of overcharge - the chatbot becomes inactive when the credits are spent

  • Works with pre-purchase of credits

  • Credit top-up: In case you want to go over the amount that is given to you on a monthly basis, you have the option to buy extra credits at a cost of $0.09 USD per credit


Custom Plan:

  • Fixed credits

  • Supports overflow, charged at a custom/separate rate
