Understanding SAAS First's Subscription Plans

At SAAS First, we offer two distinct plans tailored to meet the needs of growing and advanced businesses.

• The Growing Business plan, priced at only $9 per month, includes 2 workspace members, unlimited customers, and 100 AI-resolved conversations.
• For larger businesses, our Advanced Business plan, available at only $29 per month, provides 10 workspace members, unlimited active customers, and 100 AI-resolved conversations.

Customizing Your Plan with Add-Ons

To help you get the most out of your SAAS First subscription, we offer a range of flexible add-ons:

1. Additional Workspace Members: You can add more members to your workspace at the cost of $5 per member per month. Manage your members here: https://app.saasfirst.com/workspace-settings/members.
2. More Active Customers: Both of our plans include unlimited active customers. However, if you want to use SAAS First for email marketing, you will be charged $10 for every 5,000 customers.
3. AI Solutions: $0.49 per solution for both the Growing Business and the Advanced Business plan.

For the Startup Plan, there are no addons available. 

Clarifying Definitions

To help you make an informed decision about which add-ons are right for your business, we've provided definitions for the key terms:

• Members: These are your colleagues who you invite as users to access your workspace.
• Active Customers: These are customers who have been added to your workspace or have communicated with you in the past 3 months.
• AI Solutions: SAAS First provides a range of AI Solutions, including:
  • AI-Resolved Chatbot Conversations: This AI solution involves the AI chatbot addressing and resolving customer inquiries until no further questions remain. Each successfully concluded conversation counts as one AI solution.
    We don1t charge you for each AI message, only for resolved conversations. 
  • AI Responses to Business Emails: This feature analyzes incoming emails, identifies relevant responses, integrates your additional notes, and composes professional business emails in accordance with your preferences. Each email addressed using AI constitutes one AI solution.
  • Additional AI solutions are under development and will be available shortly.

Add-On Fees and Billing

Add-on fees are automatically added to your SAAS First subscription, making it easy to manage all your costs in one place. When you choose to add extra customers or members, you will be charged immediately for these additional services.

For AI Resolved Conversations, billing works a bit differently. Rather than an immediate charge, you will only be billed for this service once you reach a $400 threshold or when your subscription renews, whichever comes first. This ensures you're only paying for the additional conversations your business requires, helping to optimize your resources and manage costs effectively.
