Settings – Templates


Templates let you save and reuse your previous search setups or imports in Lead to Deal. This makes it easier to run similar tasks without starting from scratch.


Where to Find It


Go to: Settings > Templates

This section shows all your available templates with the following details:


  • Creation Time – When the template was saved

  • Title – The name of the template

  • Type – The associated tool (Lead Search, Email Finder, List Import)

  • Owner – Who created the template


Click the three-dot menu next to an existing template to:

  • Use the template

  • Delete it



How to Create Templates


You can save any existing task (whether it’s a List Import, Email Finder, or Lead Search) as a template:

  • Go to your Lead to Deal dashboard

  • Click the three-dot menu next to a task

  • Choose Save as template

This is a quick way to turn your past work into reusable setups for future searches.


Template Types

  • Email Finder – Templates based on lead lists for email lookup

  • Lead Search – Templates with saved search filters like location or industry

  • List Import – Templates based on uploaded CSV or Excel files
