What Is Email Finder

The Email Finder tool helps you locate verified email addresses when you already know your lead names and company domains. It matches names with domains to deliver accurate results, and it can enrich profiles to help with outreach prep.

When to Use

Email Finder is ideal if you:

• Have lead names and their company domains

• Need to quickly find and verify missing email addresses

• Want enriched lead data for more effective communication

How It Works

1. Start Your Process

   
   

   • Upload your file with LinkedIn addresses, names, or company websites.

   • Acceptable formats include .txt, .csv, or .xlsx.

     
     

     

     
     

     

     
     

     
     

2. Run Your Search

   • Next: Continue to the verification step. If you skip this step, the process will run using MillionVerifier for verification as default. Enrichment step will be skipped.

   • Run: Start the email finding task immediately.

   • Delete: Remove the current setup if you want to start over.

     
     

3. Deep Email Verification

   • The system uses providers such as MillionVerifier, ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, and optional BounceBan.

   • MillionVerifier is our default email verification tool. For greater accuracy, you may use as many integrations from the list as you like. Please note: Additional charges may apply, depending on your integrated service providers (meaning, Lead To Deal credit usage is separate from ZeroBounce, NeverBounce or BounceBan, these integrated services have their own pricing systems)

4. Optional Data Enrichment

5. Export Your Results

   • You have two ways to set up how you want to export your results:

     • Download the cleaned and enriched file as a CSV as default.

     • If you have an Instantly account, you may export the file directly into Instantly.
