Mastering Guide for Your Project Management
You'll need to complete the following four simple steps:
Invite your team members
Assign To Dos to team members
Customize your Board
Create a To Do from the Inbox
Step 1: Invite your team members
Invite your team members to your workspace under the Admin section.
In the Members option, just click on the Invite Team Member button and enter the email addresses of those people you want to see in your workspace.
After each email, click on Add, and when ready, click on next, and select the permissions you want to give to these members.
They can either be
owners with unlimited access,
managers with editing access,
or members with usage access to the modules.
When you're done with the setup, click on Send invite, so you can all collaborate and manage your projects.
Step 2: Assign To Dos to team members
Now that you have people to work on your To Dos with, you can assign specific tasks for them. Just open the To Do you want to assign to someone, and click on the icon next to Member. The first option will set up the owner of the To Do who is responsible for the completion of the task, and the second will be the contributor, the person/people who can help this person carry out the task.
Once you assing a To Do to someone, it will be visible on the Board as well, and you can also filter the tasks based on the people they are assigned to.
Step 3: Customize your Board
your Board might require some customization depending on your process. This is why you can customize your Board to make sure you have everything you need to tracking your progress.
Go to the Board Settings and add more columns to your board, change their names and colors, delete existing ones if needed, or set up End of life columns. This will be the end of your workflow, where all completed To Dos gather as their final stop. You can also set a limit on how many To Dos should be visible here.
Step 4: Create a To Do from the Inbox
You can create To Dos directly from conversations for the Back Office in your Inbox.
Go to your Inbox, and click on the plus sign in hte top right corner of the conversation. There, a To Do will automatically be created for you, with an AI summary of the whole communication generated in seconds. This makes sure there is direct communication between the customer service and the back office with all the information needed to resolve issues and track processes if needed.
