Getting Started with the Marketing Module

Welcome to the Marketing Module Guide


This article will introduce you to the basic features of the Marketing Module, including audience segmentation, triggering options, content creation, campaign scheduling, and setting goals to measure success. By the end of this guide, you'll know how to create your first marketing campaign.


Your First Marketing Campaign

Follow these steps to explore your first marketing campaign:

  1. Access the Marketing Module:

  2. Locate Your First Campaign:

    • You’ll see the first marketing campaign created for you in the list.
  3. View Campaign Details:

    • Click on the campaign title to see its details.
    • Review the following components:
      • Audience: Understand who your campaign targets.
      • Triggering: See how and when the campaign is triggered.
      • Content: Check the message content of the campaign.
      • Scheduling: See when the campaign is scheduled to be sent.
      • Goals: Identify the goals set to measure the campaign's success.



Marketing Campaign Statistics

Analyze the performance of your marketing campaigns by checking statistics:

  1. Open Statistics:

    • In your Marketing Module, click on the Statistics button on the right side of each campaign.
  2. Review Statistics:

    • You’ll see statistics on:
      • Sent: Number of messages sent.
      • Open: Number of messages opened.
      • Clicked: Number of links clicked within the messages.
      • Replied: Number of responses received.
      • Goals: Goals achieved from the campaign.
      • Bounced: Number of messages that bounced.
      • Unsubscribed: Number of users who unsubscribed.
  3. Export Statistics:

    • You can export the statistics to a file at the bottom of the page.
