What You're Going to Learn
First, you'll be introduced to the basics of your Inbox:
- Answering email messages,
- Answering chat messages,
- Resolving conversations,
- Checking out customer data.
Try Out the Live Chat
Write a message in your chat!
- Go to your Knowledge Base and and click on the chat icon. Find the URL here, or enter:(https://saasfirsthelp.com/yourworkspacename)
- Write a chat message.
- Find it in your Inbox!
Answer to the Live Chat
Write a message in your Inbox!
- Open your Inbox.
- Find the live chat message that you just sent.
- Answer the chat message in your Inbox.
- Find the answer in your live chat.
Write Your Email First Message
When you first go to your Inbox in the left menu, under Helpdesk:
- Find your SAAS First email address here or in the popup in your Inbox.
- Send a message to the email address from your own mailing.
- Find the message in your Inbox in the Open conversations!
Answer the Email from the Inbox
Use your Inbox to answer to your own email:
- Find the messaging box, where you can enter and format your answer to your email.
- Write a response.
- Click on Send.
- Find the answer in your mailing!
Resolve the Conversation
Resolve with Button
You can resolve the conversations by clicking on the Resolve button on the top left corner of the messaging.
Send and Resolve
After you enter your message, you immediately send and resolve the conversation by clicking on one single button, called Send and Resolve.
Resolved Conversations
Once you click on any of the two buttons, your conversation will be moved to the Resolved section.
Check Out Your Customer’s Data
- If you want to know more about the customer who sent you the message, you can check out their information on the right.
- If you want to get more information, click on Show more.
- You can also go to the contact’s page by clicking on the arrow icon on the top right.
