Getting Started with the AI Chatbot

Welcome to the AI Chatbot Guide!

This article will help you get started with setting up and utilizing the AI chatbot for your business. You will learn how to add your website for the AI to learn your company information and how to ask questions about your business.

Adding Your Website

To enable the AI chatbot to learn about your business, follow these steps to add your website:

1. Access the Milly Module:

   • Go to the Milly Module from the left menu and find the Setup Milly section.

2. Insert Your Homepage:

   • Under the website option, insert your homepage URL or sitemap so that the AI can crawl your pages.

3. Wait for Crawling:

   • It may take some time for the AI chatbot to learn all the information from your website.

4. Check Milly's Library:

   • Once the process is complete, Milly’s Library will be full of your business information.

Asking the AI Chatbot

You can ask the AI chatbot anything about your business that is included in the crawled pages:

1. Train Milly:

   • Go to the Train Milly section.

2. Ask Questions:

   • Type in your question, and the AI chatbot will provide an answer based on the information it has learned from your website.
