Getting Started with Customers

Welcome to the Customers Module Guide


This article will introduce you to the basic functions of the Customers Module, including checking out contacts, editing contact details, sending messages, and creating new contacts. By the end of this guide, you will be familiar with the fundamental elements of the Customers Module.


Checking Out Contacts

Follow these steps to view and explore your contacts:

  1. Navigate to Contacts:

  2. Find Your Contact:

    • Locate your contact in the table.
  3. Open the Contact Page:

    • Click on the contact to open the Contact page.
    • Explore the Contact page to see all the information you can enter and collect.

Editing Contact Details

To update contact information, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Contact:

    • Open the contact from the Contacts table.
  2. Edit Details:

    • Click on any data field in the Contact details section.
    • Enter the new information.
    • Click on the tick icon next to the information to save the changes.

 

Sending Messages to Contacts

You can send messages directly from the Contact page:

  1. Open the Contact Page:

    • Navigate to the Contact page of the desired contact.
  2. Compose and Send Message:

    • Click on the Send message button in the top right corner.
    • Write your email in the popup, including the subject line and content.
    • Hit Send. The email will be sent to the contact's email inbox.


Creating a New Contact

Add new contacts to your table with the following steps:

  1. Add New Contact:

    • Click on the +Add new contact button in the top right corner.
  2. Enter Contact Details:

    • Enter the details of the new contact, including name, email address, phone number, etc.
  3. Save the Contact:

    • Hit Save. The contact will be added to your table.
