Becoming a PRO at Your AI Chatbot

Welcome to the AI Chatbot Pro Guide

This article will help you become proficient in refining and optimizing your AI chatbot. You'll learn how to edit answer sources for better responses, review customer conversations, and further train your chatbot to handle unanswered and improvable questions.

Refining AI Chatbot Answers

Improve the accuracy of the AI chatbot’s responses by refining the source information:

  1. Identify Unanswered Questions:

    • Go to the Train Milly section and find the Unanswered section. Here, you'll see questions that the chatbot couldn't answer.
  2. Flag Improvable Answers:

    • In the Inbox, flag any answers you think are not perfect by clicking on the 👎 emoji next to them.
  3. Edit the Source:

    • Click on the unanswered or flagged question.
    • Edit the source of the answer on the right side to provide the perfect response.
    • Alternatively, add a custom snippet to improve the chatbot’s answers.

Reviewing Customer Conversations

Monitor and assess the chatbot's performance by reviewing conversations it has handled:

  1. Access the Inbox:

    • Go to the Inbox and navigate to the Resolved or Milly section.
  2. Review Conversations:

    • Review the list of conversations handled by Milly to see how well it performs in your customer support.

Further Training the Chatbot

Continue improving your AI chatbot by addressing areas that need refinement:

  1. Answers to Improve Section:

    • Check the Answers to Improve section in Train Milly for any responses that need enhancement.
  2. Provide Better Sources:

    • Edit the source information for flagged responses to ensure accuracy and relevance.
